VMworld EMEA 2015 – #vBreakfast
At VMworld US there is always a traditional vBreakfast at Mel’s Diner invented by Shane Williford. Last year some people tried to do the same (incl. me) and it went not so good. Our only guest at #vBreakfast was Fabian Lenz (@lenzker) but it was great to meet this awesome guy. For this year I thought I should also do a #vBreakfast and see if it will work better this time. Some of my lessons learned from last year:
- Location was near the Fira but not as close as we thought
- Time, we set as meeting time was 7:45 which is not optimal because of the General session
- 3 times (planned for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Way too much!
For this year’s #vBreakfast I hopefully learned from my mistakes. I looked for a location which is really close to the Fira and I found this year’s location:

There is no better way to get to know the community than with breakfast. Join me and many others in this hopefully getting yearly tradition of carbo-loading for an action-packed day on Tuesday from 7:00 to 8:00.
