Backup Interoperability Matrix Major Update 2016-01
It’s January 2016 and I have some time to do a “little” major update of my Backup Interoperability Matrix including the following backup software updates:
- VMware vSphere Data Protection (Advanced)
- Symantec BackupExec 15
- IBM Spectrum Protect for Virtual Environments
- HP Data Protector
- CommVault Simpana
- Hitachi Data Protection Suite
- Veeam Backup & Replication
- Nakivo Backup and Replication
- Unitrends Enterprise Backup
- Trilead VM Explorer
- Altaro VMBackup (new)
I also saw that some of the Backup Solutions weren’t updated a long time by the vendor so I put a deprecated in the “Updated (Last updated)” column to reflect this.
